All orders are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer store credit on any items purchased.

All items must be inspected upon delivery, and any damage claims must be submitted within 5 days of the delivery date.

All vintage items are collected from various vendors and antique markets around the world. These pieces are upcycled and often have natural wear and patina. By purchasing vintage items, you acknowledge and accept their unique condition.

Under no circumstances is Ballad Of Pine required to refund shipping costs. This policy applies to all orders, including those with reported damages.

All items must be unused and in new condition when reporting any issues. Claims for items that are damaged due to misuse, alteration, or wear will not be accepted.
